Samoa Joe - The New TNA World Champion

Pela primeira vez na sua carreira, Samoa Joe torna-se campeão mundial da TNA! Aconteceu no passado domingo (13-04-2008), no PPV Lockdown, num combate MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Kurt Angle perdeu o título que já era retido por si desde o dia 25 de Outubro de 2007.

Aproveito ainda para acrescentar uma nota pessoal. Deixei de postar os cards e resultados dos PPVs da TNA, por falta de tempo, tive de optar, e optei obviamente pela WWE, que é a que acompanho com o máximo de regularidade possível. Continuo a achar que a TNA tem um nível de trabalho no ringue bastante superior a WWE na maior parte das vezes, mas acho que há falta de produção na “identidade” dos lutadores, por exemplo, para mim as musicas de entrada soam-me sempre igual, nas as distingo! E claro há muitos outros factores, os comentadores são outros….ficam a anos-luz de um JR, ou um Jerry Lawler! E claro a produção dos PPVs, mesmo o mais ferrenho dos adeptos da TNA tem que admitir que aquelas imagens aéreas do Circus Bowl, na Wrestlemania deste ano são intocáveis, é indiscutivelmente o auge de wrestling profissional! No entanto confesso que há dois nomes em especial na TNA, que sigo o mais possível, e sonho ainda um dia vê-los na WWE: Samoa Joe e AJ Styles.
E claro…Sting, uma lenda como ele merecia estar no maior palco de todos, mas cada dia que passa esta possibilidade torna-se cada vez mais improvável!
